According to rumors, in 2016 HTC will release two new Nexus-smartphone, which are code-named Marlin and Sailfish . Internet publication Android Police has shared with his readers image design 5.5-inch smartphone HTC Nexus Marlin and 5-inch Sailfish.  Judging by the published images, HTC Nexus Marlin and Sailfish smartphone will be dressed in a metallic casing with rounded edges and insert at the back, made of glossy plastic, or tempered glass black. In addition to the back of the main camera with flash is also located a fingerprint sensor and the front part will take a large display, front camera, proximity sensor, and speaker. Both smartphones will be shipped preloaded with the latest mobile operating system Android 7.0 Nougat. According to rumors, HTC Marlin, aka Nexus M1, will be equipped with 5.5-inch AMOLED-display, the resolution of which will be 2560 x 1440 pixels, the chip Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, 4 GB of RAM and 32 or 128 GB of internal memory, as well as a pair of cameras: the main with a resolution of 12 megapixel and 8-megapixel front. As for the HTC Sailfish, it will get a 5-inch Full HD display, a quad-core chip with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz, 4 GB of RAM, built-in storage of 32 GB, 12-megapixel rear and 8-megapixel front camera, and the battery on 2770 mAh and USB connector Type-C.
