One of the world's leading telecommunications operators, mobile phone operator and Internet provider - Orange SA, has officially announced its first smartphone based on 32nm Intel Medfield platform and received the name of San Diego.
The device is equipped with processor Intel Atom Z2460, which includes one computing core 1.6 GHz, 512 KB cache in the second level, as well as graphics PowerVR SGX 540 and dual-channel memory interface LPDDR2. There is also a 4-inch touchscreen display with a resolution 1024 x 600 pixels, 8-megapixel rear camera and front VGA-camera.
Sale in the UK market, will be available in two payment options: either � 15.50 per month or contract, but just � 199.99.
