Slovenian company EK Water Blocks has long worked with third-party manufacturers of cooling systems . Now the company is launching a thermal interface Indigo Xtreme ETI, Engineered Thermal Interface - literally, developed by engineers thermal interface.   The base of the thermal interface Indigo Xtreme ETI lay metal alloy with a phase transition, which retains a liquid form at room temperature.  It does not oxidize, does not damage the surface of the copper and aluminum, good filling microscopic irregularities of the contact surfaces and does not contain gallium.  The thermal conductivity of the interface is greater than 20 W / m � K.  Remove from the surface of the thermal interface can be using gloves and solvent, which are supplied in the kit.  In addition, especially for processor performance LGA 2011-3 are cut two applicator for precise application of the required number of thermal interface.  Total kit cost 22.95 euros enough for two applications.  This thermal interface developed by the American company Enerdyne Solutions, and available on request of EK Water Blocks.
